•You must present valid booking confirmation and identification for tour participation

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

•Cancellation policies vary by tour operator and will be clearly displayed during booking
•Refund processing may take 5-10 business days to appear on your payment method
•Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting support

5.2 Service Provider Cancellations

•If a tour is cancelled by the service provider, you will receive a full refund
•We will notify you immediately of any cancellations via email and/or phone
